Genocyber is a family favourite from the '90s, and is M.D. Geist. Neither are good, but that doesn't mean they're not entertaining.

Also from the '90s, 3x3 Eyes, a supernatural action show about a guy that can't be killed but can still be dismembered. All the Devilman movies are also good, and the forthcoming Devilman Crybaby looks fucking fantastic.
