I just got a Huion G220 drawing tablet and my issue is that when I plug it into my Asus G73JW Laptop there's 1 particular problem I run into: windows deselect every so often.
Which doesn't mess me up when I'm drawing, but when I'm gaming it can minimize and unselect the windows I'm using which can cause a LOT of issues. I have 2 options to plug it into my laptop, an hdmi cable and a vga cable. both have the same issue. I came here as a last effort to fix this as I would like to keep my laptop plugged into my tablet 24/7 for gaming and drawing.
Windows 7, 64 bit, 8gb memory and 1980x1080 resolution.
I've tried changing resolution, doesn't fix it.
Speedy requests appreciated.
We can also try treating this as if it's a regular monitor.
did you update the drivers

I will try it, last time I messed with drivers it stopped working in general and I needed to use the disk.

Just updated them, it happens still.
Thanks for the help though, any other ideas?

you might need to reduce the sensitivity of the drawing surface.

The thing is that it happens when I'm not drawing on it too, just playing games.
The support for Huion is abysmal.

Also, my tablets settings window is different.
My obliviousness, through all astronomical means has shown I am in fact a tard.
I still have this issue.
I am using a GT220 v2.
It happens like, every 10 minutes I think.
Is there something that pops up with the tablet plugged in, anything I can disable to make it stop potentially?
I have contacted support, and they keep sending stock emails back that are no help.
Still looking for solutions folks.
try using a different os to see if its an issue with the tablet or with the os

how much did you get it dawg?

the digitizer is probably damaged (there are sections on the digitizer that trigger by just a light brushing over those areas). so might need to get it fixed.
