There are 2 of em, Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
Brotherhood sticks with the manga all the way through while the other one goes on the manga but then goes it's own path.
Btw, it has one of the best English dubs of anime, it's glorious.
