Legendary Decks had a Yugi token but as you can see it has no stars, effect or ATK/DEF.

No Eye of Anubis hologram is a dead giveaway for fake Yugioh cards, also the extended image: It should be contained within the artwork borders, this is not Pokemon TCG.

The card code RIT-E01 doesn't show any results on Google either.

Might seem that way, but the fact that it's a ritual monster means it still has to be ritual summoned.
Instead of going -2 (ritual spell and fodder), you go -3 (ritual spell for yugi, ritual fodder, yugi himself) just for a single ritual monster.
Whatever you summon better make up for that massive card disadvantage.
