Is there any anime out there where the MC doesn't have advanced autism when it comes to women?Bonus points if it's also a romance anime, but otherwise I'll take anything, I will have a stroke if I see another MC blushing and turning his eyes away from a girl and mumbling some nonsense.

O boy have I looked for one too.
There's no perfect one for us Westerners because of Japanese culture and it's ways to develop and depict things between couples.
I liked Ano Natsu de Matteru because the MC knows all the time who is his main crush. Same thing with Onegai Teacher. You are looking at "anti-harem" in a situation of many girls taking interest in MC.
The "autism" dimension however is inevitable due to how things are always depicted by the anime studios, because they are all Japanese. You just can't have it as a main plot. Only as a side show, like it was with Kurenai Yuhi and Sarutobi Asuma.
There are in anime some initially platonic-style relationships that reveal their true nature and personal drama only at the moment of the one or the other dying, like in Katanagatari. Again, a very Japanese way of depicting the gravity of things.
In contrast to OP, can someone reccomend me some anime where the MC has extreme autism with women?

Not an anime but manga. Girls Saurus and Girls Saurus DX. I lost some amount of braincells with these.
I also genuinely wonder why these haven't been greenlighted yet.
