I need help finding a game I think was on GBA. It was a 2D platformer where you play as an upright walking fish that was a secret agent or something. You could stretch your arms to reach higher platforms like in pic related and I remember the enemies and environments being surreal and colorful. It had a password system on the main menu I believe. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
This sounds suspiciously similar to Ristar. I know you say GBA, but people remember the Shazam movie and Berenstein, so yeah, even collective memories are fuzzy. Let alone individuals. As someone who played quite a few GBA games as a kid, the vast majority of them had cart saving because password saves suck. Maybe you remember him being a fish because of the gorgeous 2nd level full of water?
