Hey /wsr/, looking for an old Flash (maybe Shockwave) game I

This is a blue board which means that it's for everybody (Safe For Work content only). If you see any adult content, please report it.

Hey /wsr/, looking for an old Flash (maybe Shockwave) game I played maybe around 14~16 years ago.
The game was essentially chess except you had fantasy-styled abilities, though I only remember one being something like calling down lightning.
The pieces/units were silver vs gold, and I believe gold moved first.
The board I think had white/grey and blue tiles. The background space was black and the board was positioned at an angle (isometric tiles, kinda like qbert).
You could play against other people but I don't remember how the matchmaking worked.
I'm 80% sure you had to make an account ingame (not on a site) to play.
I feel like the name started with a C or a K, but that's probably not accurate.
Any ideas?

Shitty MS Paint drawing of what I remember it looking like.
The gold/silver things are dudes in armor

Devil Dice on PS1? Nothing like chess but it feels similar to your description

Unfortunately, it was a browser game, most likely flash given the time period. Thanks though

Bumping again.

Otherwise, bump

sorry dont know :-/

But from what manga is the b&w picture please?
>>
There were a lot of games like OP described. But I don't think anybody bothered in saving them from digital hell since they were mostly the same and just copied the older Battle Chess and similar. You could try looking through newgrounds or at least ask them. For finding obscure flash games, they are a better option than /wsr/ is.

I am also interested in this.

I'll give it a shot while I'm digging around myself. I kind of wasn't expecting it to be playable, but not knowing what it was called has been bothering me for the past week or so

Also, it's not from a manga of any sort (though drawn by a mangaka), it's a standalone illustration.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
