Does it work with an Ethernet cable? Does your Wifi show in available networks? Is it showing "Connected" but failing to work? Have you tried on multiple devices?

I had 500Kbps out of my 5Mbps service some years ago so I phoned them up to be told that they could come out and check the line but it would be too expensive for them so they won't. I was fucking seething and made an official complaint. Two days later I received a letter of apology and my speed was back up to full shitty 5Mbps. Three months later my contract was up so I moved to Sky. Fuck BT.

do other devices work on the router, i've had a load over the last month that have been winsock or wireless driver rewlated
