My bluetooth headphones have developed cracks along the headband. Is there anything i can do to salvage this thing? i tried to reinforce the plastic with super glue, but this didn't allow it to flex as normal and probably made the cracks worse. I love these things, they are almost a year old.

For the repair of expensive headphones I would buy a broken pair for the parts needed . However if its a cheap pair you may as well save up for some new ones.
