It was a replacement for the original mangatraders. If you have an account with the new mangatraders and follow scanlator sites, it probably isn't necessary.

Also, the madokami version of MW is definitely lower quality than bakabt's, so I'm not uploading it.

Not quite all the chapters of Black Jack are translated, unless someone did the remainder of the sealed chapters without my noticing. Your best bet for that series is Madokami, which generally has the best quality available, MW aside.
