I have never been that much into the vampyre fuss thing.

That said, Vampire Hunter D seems to have the established free anime sample status in the Youtube. That's how you make gateways for future anime fans.

Akumetsu is all about badass punishing. It's not a Punisher though.

There are some nice scenes in anime here and there where the punishment is delivered like the Punisher would do it.
