Normally I would figure this out on my own but I've been at this for awhile and am out of ideas. Anyways, I'm running Windows 7 Pro and one day it started giving me this instead of starting up, any help would be appreciated

did you install linux or grub?
>>311311
That's a linux bootloader.
Either you left a linux USB or DVD in the drive, or you let linux fuck up your MBR.
If it's the latter, just boot off a Windows 10 installer (google "windows 10 media creation tool" to get a free wizard that will write one on a USB or DVD), press shift-f10 to get a command prompt, then use these four commands in order to reinstall the Windows loader:
bootrec /FixMbr
bootrec /FixBoot
bootrec /ScanOs
bootrec /RebuildBcd
It doesn't matter if you're not using Windows 10: Windows Vista through Windows 10 use the same loader.

But if you already have a Windows 7 USB/DVD, there's no sense in creating a Windows 10 one.

Nope

Ya I've been using my OS disk to bypass the error

Then how does the Linux GRUB- bootloader come onto your system if you never installed Linux then?

I have no idea, that's why I'm so confused
remove all your usb drives

I've made a Win10 USB but when I try to boot to it (USB-FDD) I get this

Use the boot device selection in your BIOS, not the one in the linux loader.

I did use my BIOS
