I've been trying to remember a really old Youtube channel, I also remember that they also have their own website. All I remember about it is that it parodies tutorial channels and, at first glance, carries a very professional aura in the intro until the video gets into the tutorial itself which usually presents very ridiculous tutorials. A video that I remember most vividly was the one where they remove a carpet stain by sloppily cutting around it, turning it upside-down and then gluing it to the floor. Can anyone help me recall this channel?
did it have commentary? if not it might be How to Basic

It's not how to basic. I remember it very old, some time around the late 2000s (maybe it 2007). I also remember two guys in the intro looking professional and, I think, wearing lab coats (although the lab coat part might be my brain just making up some false memories).
As an addendum, in the carpet stain removal video, they are completely straight faced while they're explaining the procedure of cutting around the stain, turning it upside-down and haphazardly gluing it on to the floor.
this is it
