that's a butterfly closure. you should be able to find them at any drug store or pharmacy.
BAND-AID is a brand name of bandage. there are many different kinds of BAND-AIDs. but generally, a BAND-AID has a sterile piece of gauze that is placed over the wound to protect it. butterfly closures are applied across the laceration in a manner which pulls the skin on either side of the wound together.

These are not the same thing as a Butterfly Closure, which is what OP's pic shows.
A butterfly is used in lieu of stitches when a wound (cuts mostly) needs to be held closed.
A bandaid is something used primarily just to keep a wound covered and protected.
The "Breathe right" strips are a rigid material with adhesives on the back, used to hold the nostrils open, to "promote better breathing".
Actually it's more snake oil that actual 'cure', but that doesn't stop them from making millions off of gullible people.
