this guy has a laptop really similar to yours and with the same problem, unfortunately it seems like nobody could help him, maybe it's a problem with the latest LoL patch?

wow works alright, in zone its like 70-80. thencapital and raiding is about 30-40

its really starting to piss me off. its so random. the night before last it was 60 fps no matter what i did. so i thought sweet, i won't touch any settings. but then last night 30, the only difference i knew of between the two nights was skype was open. after closing skype the game was still at ~30 fps.
