there is a MC but the perspective changes very often. also a underrated anime in my opinion.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
main character changes from time to time.
not entirely sure if its what you are looking for but this is one of my all time favorites.

Dararara! (Not sure if I have too many "ra's) The main character is in there for sure, but it also focuses on the other characters a lot. It's drama/comedy/action. I had fun with it.

I started watching Kimi no Tabi and damn. Pretty cool.
