Unofficial just means it was put up by someone other than HorribleSubs. HorribleSubs doesn't do batches until a month after the show ends so sometimes other people put them up.

Well and obviously some guy isn't going to v2 anything, so you know the files in an "unofficial batch" are exactly the same as the separate ones.
