Any good games on steam with low specs? Stuff like Spelunky or La Mulana and stuff like that. RPGs would also be appreciated.

Risk of Rain is pretty similar to Spelunky but faster.
It's a platformer with RPG elements like classes and a shitton of items, and it has a lot of replay-value.
Also it's one of /v/ favorite multiplayer vidya (there is always a RoR thread), and the dev is literally /ourguy/.
I personally really like Trine (1+2, not so much the third part). I do have the GOG version, but i think they are on steam too.
Some of my favorites: risk of rain, shovel knight, downwell, mark of the ninja, torchlight.
