Yeah it's good! I read it on batoto, and the only gripes I have with it were that sometimes it advanced a bit too fast, and there were some shoehorned love-interests which I didn't give a shit about.
Also, the first few chapters are translated by a very inexperienced group, so it took some willpower to trudge through that mess. It gets better soon, though.
Also, Nanatsu no Taisai is also a battle-shounen in a way. I didn't much care for it, but it got an anime, so it must be at least something
