I unnecessarily refreshed my PC which got rid of all my applications. Luckily I didn't reset it to its factory settings. I still have my documents but I no longer have Microsoft Office and I don't have my product key, nor do I know an email address associated with the account; Office came with the PC.

I tried to perform a system restore but I don't have any restore points. Is there any way to fix this? I would prefer to go back to the state it was in before I performed the system refresh, but if nothing else I just want Office back without having to pay for a new product and then I can get all the other apps individually.

Also found that after having redownloaded chrome and signing in, all my bookmarks are gone

as for office, there is always libreoffice, but if you must use ms office then install it and use >>292407 to activate it (add serial and auto-activation)
