What anime should I watch with my mom? She's already seen everything from Ghibli. Preferably something with romance in it. Obviously nothing too fanservicey or violent.

Maybe Toradora? Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai might also work. KyoAni has a lot of mom-friendly shows to pick from. My mom really liked K-On.

You could try Flying Witch. It's a slice of life of anime and it is quite calm, however it does not contain romance.
