What some anime or anime movies with really good animation? I'm talking through the entire episode as well, but just some 30 second burst of good animation. It's fine if the story and characters are shit, I just want to oogle at amazing animation.

It's not a very "dynamic" anime, but I think Garden of Words has some beautiful animation. Same can be said for most Shinkai movies. He's currently a rising star in the Nihons so you could see a lot more of his works popping up in the near future.
