My wild guess its part of some sewing kit. Its small and not that practical. So, I dont think its from some wilderness survival kit which would be my second guess.

It's 925, not 926. 925 is one of several stamps that indicate sterling (92.5%) silver. Are you familiar enough with silver items to say that it actually is silver?

There are antique sterling folding knives out there, intended for formal dining with a matching folding fork while on safari or campaign, but due to the size and fairly basic ornamentation and simple construction I don't think that's what yours is. Sewing or hygiene use seems most likely, but I can't say for sure.

Can you provide some more pictures? Are there any markings aside from the 925 on the blade?

I really believe it's not a knife (fruit or pen) at all. It's too small and flexible to be one. I think it could be some sort of a toothpick?
