Is it possible to make this image a high res wallpaper, preferably for mobile?

screen size?

iPhone 6, so about 5"

Isn't that just the original image cropped

no actually its sharpened twice with a high pass layer with a soft light filter, but ye i didnt have much to work with to be honest
P.S. It's a recolouring of the cover from Neil Young's album Harvest Moon. No higher resolution exists, so all you'll get is a cropped version of what you already have, unless some kind soul wants to help you out by doing the recolour from scratch, starting with this version: https://media.npr.org/assets/img/2016/09/22/harvest-moon_sq-3fb642c237890960c79682696aa8782339c33f0e.jpeg
best i'm willing to do for a wallpaper that'll probably be replaced within a fortnight

>tfw it's not a recolour, it's apparently the inside sleeve. kek my bad.

Vectorize it then expand to desired size
>>287444
Here we go OP, vectorized the thing and expanded to iPhone 5's resolution
>>287470
Fuck, fixed it for iPhone 6
>>287470
>vectorized the thing
I don't think that means what you think it means, anon. Looks posterised or watercoloured to me, if anything in particular.

Vectorization is transforming an image into vectors, lines, arcs... Making it expandable to infinite
But i agree
Thanks lads, didn't expect more than one response.
