My samsung monitor has this tv noise on it. At first i thought

I haven`t added its almost unnoticeable, but it can bug me on some colors.

There's only three things it can be, and you just eliminated one scientifically and then declared the other two to be fine because it would be inconvenient if they weren't.

What kind of cable do you use? Does the problem still happen if you plug the monitor into a different computer?
