I'm lost on how to do this type of thing, but I assume it's really simple. I want multiple pictures layered which I will continue to post.
First I want everything to fall on this blue background with it's same resolution if that matters.
1/3 to be cont.
Next I need this picture to be just an outline of the arm itself (without the white background all around it), without the watermark, centered on the previous blue background.
2/3 to be cont.
Last, I'd like this red circle to go around the arm.
Also since I'm clueless if you could give me a simple explanation on how you did this or what you used to do it I'd appreciate not having to come back here next time for something simple like this.
3/3 Thanks.

For clarification I still want the arm to be filled with the white though.
I used VectorMagic to trace the arm and the circle and turned them to a vector without tracing them by hand, then used inkscape to center and layer them

That looks great thanks. How did you remove the watermarks?
With a program called VectorMagic: https://thebay.tv/torrent/4661974/Torrentbin.com_-_VectorMagic_1.08_-_Cracked
(sorry, it has no seeders, but it's the only source i know)
You import your image in the program and follow the steps, it's simple you'll see.
you can also try their website: https://vectormagic.com/ but the online service laks a lot of features
