Anime suggestions?
FAVORITE ANIME:
Death Note (best show with two people scheming at each other ever. Code Geass comes close but its only okay)
Eden of the East
Durara
Bacano (I love these three shows, mainly because I think I'm drawn to any story about "life in the city")
Full Metal Alchemist
Avatar the Last Airbender (both really great hero's quests, with excellent lore)
OKAY ANIME:
Kill La Kill (enjoyed more then I expected, but was initially disappointed that it was not alternate history Nazi world)
Code Geass (above)
Log Horizon (nice and soothing friend emulation)
Dennou Coil

>Durarara!! and Baccano!!
That's some grade A Great taste you got there Famalam.
Well, Gurren Lagann is my personal favorite anime, so give that a try.
It's made by the same people as Kill la Kill but is way better (I also wasn't that big a fan of Kill la Kill).
Since Death Note is your favorite, i'll also mention 'Monster'.
It's a little slow for some people's taste, but if Death Note really is your favorite, I think you'll appreciate it.

Why not tell him to cover his ass in fire ants while you're at it? Bad recs, anon.

Also, out of curiosity, which FMA are you refering to?
2003, Brotherhood, or both?
Cause both FMAs are really good for completely different reasons in my opinion. If you've only ever seen one, I'd recommend seeing the other too.

I'm guessing you didn't read the OP.
He said he saw Kill la Kill and thought it was okay, so I did what any sane person would be and recommended him Gurren Lagann, something significantly better than Kill la Kill.
And like I said, Monster sure as fuck isn't for everyone, but I could think of anything else fit for someone who considers Death Note his favoite anime.
TL;DR
I'm recommending based on what I think OP would enjoy considering what he has told us he likes, not so I can flex 'muh gud taste'.

>2003 Full Metal Alchemist. I'll try out the other one.
