Sometimes programs I'm not using will start to have that colored gloss effect on them even when they aren't active and will sometimes have the window name come up even. The only way I've found to fix it is by restarting the computer. Any idea why it happens or how to fix it without restarting?
Windows 7 and also using aero and want to keep using aero.

I'm guessing your just accidentally clicking on them without realizing it, and that causes them to open up. If it's a major annoyance for you, you could just unpin them from your taskbar, and just have icons on the desktop, or in the start menu.

Those are all open programs and not pinned and I am 100% not clicking on them. It has been happening for a long time.
I've seen this bug in Windows 7 since it came out.
I don't think theres a fix for it.
I've only noticed it on pirated copies though. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or if it's just coincidence.
This happens to me on windows 8.1 way too often and it's really annoying but I fix it by restarting the explorer through task manager, no need to restart the computer

Oh wow how did I not think of that. Thanks that fixes it.
