Does anyone know what type of spider this is? And what caliber gun do i need to use to kill it?
I'm not fully confident in naming that species, especially without a reference as to its size. Do you have an image of the web? Your location would also help a lot.
The smallest caliber of gun I've ever heard of is the .12 cal squirrel rifle, which would be overkill for this. Have you considered a fly swatter?

Did it bite you?
Can you now climb walls?

just looks like a typical "garden spider". there's a ton of varieties with varying color patterns but they're all pretty much harmless, even if the fuckers get pretty big. just smush him or better yet leave him alone

Not OP but how about this one?
I have seen many of them around my house, they are about 1 to 1.5 cms long.
I'm from Mexico and the elevation of my city is around 50~70 Meters with Semi-arid climate if that helps.

I'm not an expert but damn if that doesn't look just like a yellow sac spider, which are distributed all across America and are very common home invaders (they prefer to live in human houses)

Oh shit, it looks like it is.
So it looks like they aren't that DANGEROUS, but still need to take precautions about them.
Thanks anon.
