I need help again. I'm trying to make it by entering certain numbers, you're given the prompt "Your car is deffective". However, even when putting a different number, you're still told that the car is deffective.

Thats not how comparing multiple statements works. You need to compare the variable to each value in turn. In your case id reverse the logic as not comparing gets messy.
Something like
else if (mn == 119 ||mn == 179 || mn == 189 || mn == 195 || mn == 221 ||mn == 780){
// your car is fine
}else{
//your car is shit
}
