Depends what your end goal is. Like if your into music production you may want a midi keyboard.

For an electronic keyboard I think the only thing you have to consider is the amount of keys, and how the keys feel when you press them.

you can get electronic keyboards from second hand shops starting at around ten bucks. they always have a good range, because musicians are always selling their gear to make ends meet.
