Seems to be a game riding off the success of Kantai Collection, but with airplanes.

Name of it is 編隊少女 with the subtitle "Formation Girls".

Also, funny thing I just noticed is the romanization of the Kanji (Which means the same thing as the subtitle, "Formation Girls") is "Hentai Shoujo". I guess someone on the staff thought was a hilarious title, since Hentai in this case just means "formation".

And it is hilarious.


By the way, the anime on the top left is Kono Bijutsubu.

Did a bit more reading up, it seems like the girls are actually pilots so it's more like Third Aerial Girls Squad x WWII x Japanese revisionism. AOTY if it ever surfaces.
