Chinese here, but I checked the phrases in Jisho:

success:成功 or 勝利 or 勝
fortune:運(good or neutral) or 幸運(good)
effort:労(勞 for Kyujitai) or 労力 or 勉 or 努力
motivation: Apparently only 動機づけ, otherwise 動機 for motive.

Sorry but I am unable to connect them together to form a coherent Japanese sentence.
