I've been stuck trying to simplify this Karnaugh map for

It looks just like the one I drew when trying to solve this, yeah.

A + (!B + B)*!C
A + 1*!C

F(A,B,C) = A + !C

Try this.

A + 1*!C did not work, unfortunately.
It goes wrong at row 1 in the truth table, which is
001 = 1
and since A = 0 and !C is 0, all the slots are left as zero so it becomes 0*0*0 = 1 which is false.

There could be something that I'm missing here myself, but according to a site I tried to brainlessly solve it with the correct answer is:
F = !B + C

You had the variables in the map shuffled I think.
If I use this map I get the right answer.
