Alright when booted up my laptop this morning it made a few clicking sounds then this popped up
I've had it for less than a year and never spilled a drop of anything on it so idk what to do
Any idea what's causing it and if so any suggestions?
you have a dead hard drive get another one.

Probably a stuck key triggered the boot menu. Use arrow keys to highlight "ATA HDD: Disk" and press enter. Windows should then boot.
it's possible the cmos settings failed and the machine couldn't remember what drive had the boot information on it. if it does the same thing when you turn it off and on again, that might confirm it.
it's not fatal - you can keep telling the thing "boot from THAT drive", but it may not remember this from one day to the next. is the date and time correct? that's something else that can fail with a dud cmos.
(probably the cmos itself is fine, but the little battery or capacitor that keeps the settings after you turn it off has failed).
