oh ok, fair question.
put the word(s) to filter between backslashes. the i means case insensitive. don't put a # at that front because that makes the line a comment
there's more flags if you pick "general" in the dropdown box, like picking what board to apply it to

Thank you :^) think I've got it worked out now.
Go to comment in filter options and add a line of code like this for example

/Dumbf/;boards:pol;op:yes;stub:no

Gets rid of seeing Dumpf in 5 times times in the catalog.

Going to use it for star wars on /tv/ too.
