Do you know where I can find any of the following VSTs for FL Studio?

>An acoustic guitar that allows you to tune it to drop D or adjust the lowest notes in some other way, beyond low E
>A person blowing over the lip of an empty bottle to produce notes

>A VST OR 2-4 high quality sound effects that can be used commercially without going out of my way to ask for the creator's permission to use them. On the lower end, the sound effects would be one or two people grumbling or mumbling quietly amongst themselves. On the far end of the scale would be an audience of people talking quietly amongst themselves. In each case, none of their words can be distinctly heard

If you could tell me the name of - or point me to a download link for - a good VST for even just one of these things, that'd be great

None of these 3 VSTs/sound effects appear to exist on that site according to google, but thanks anyway

In addition to that site lacking all 3 of those VSTs/sound effects, it asks me to disable my adblocker to view any content when I'm on the site itself, and I don't trust some sites that do that, this being one of them, due to its extremely outdated-looking user interface. It looks like the kind of website that wouldn't hesitate to put malware on my computer through invasive ads. After writing that, I just tried blocking a single thing on the main page and that alone was enough to make a full-page popup appear, despite ABP being enabled and "disallow popup ads" being enabled as a browser setting. They're really desperate to make their popups get around adblockers *and* browser settings, yet they still want me to disable my adblocker. That's pretty shady
