im currently in need of help building a gaming pc, i got bought a graphics card by a family member (GTX 970 turbo, 4 GB memory) and i dont know how to optimise the build so im not wasting the cards potential, or any other part for that metter

You can cut the windows 10 license and pirate it if you want. It's actually pretty easy and you only need a USB with more than 4gb of storage.
>>
>>259162
Or you could not be a cheapo and get a legit license at shops like allkeys. You can get a W10 license for 15 bucks I think.
>>
>>259168
You can do that too, but the thing is that he could try to squeeze another 8gb of ram if he finds a way to get a cheaper windows license.
>>
>>259170
15 bucks is about the cheapest license you can get.
>>
thanks, i appreciate the help guys :)
>>
>>259170
Surely it you could cut the overclocker motherboard and the ricer case?

Those are OEM product keys.

OEM licenses are not transferable, so you're giving them money but not getting a legit license.

You might as well photograph the windows stickers on the sides of the PCs in WalMart.
