How does one change the ascii art in neofetch/screenfetch?

anon, that was no help at all, don't you think I would have already googled it? The only results that come up are changing the distro logo, not importing a custom ascii.

The ascii art is must reside somewhere. Find the folder and do the proper edit.

If you simply mean how to change to another distro do "man screenfetch" or "sreenfetch -h", should explain how.

yeah, I've been trying to find the folder to no avail. I see people importing custom logos all the time and I haven't been able to find out how anyone does it.

The config file is in /usr/bin/screenfetch. It's pretty easy to change or add a new logo.
