also "цapи" literally means "tsars" in english. a tsar is a monarchical leader, hence the translation to "kings"

I tried transcribing the letters using the Russian alphabet I got from Wikipedia, but my letter recognition wasn't that good. When I translated "Russian Kings", what I got was "Poccийcкиe цapи", and the fact that the first word had more letters confused me a little bit, so I asked again. Thanks again!
