oh, I am just looking for an application because my ISP only allows unlimited data usage from 12-5AM and I use that time to download a stack of YT videos when I am up at that time. So I want something simple as pasting a link into an app and choosing a resolution and pressing download. I use "Free YouTube Downloader" application right now, but it can be pretty slow. I just want a YT downloader app that is the fastest at downloading 720p. Thanks for the suggestion though, it would have helped me if I was more informed and computer savvy.

OP, the program you're using is probably slow because your ISP probably throttles your connection speed during your "free" hours, precisely so you can't batch download a bunch of shit. Put up with what you have.

I believe 4k video downloader is the fastest, though I use Free Download Manager because it's more convenient.

Try convert2mp3, it's a site that lets you download in a shitton of formats, you can also choose the quality, name, genre, etc. You can search for the vid on the site so you don't have to go to Youtube too.
