turn the laptop of turn it upside down use your full palm and press the keys in like youd press on a sponge and see if it dislodges any dirt fluff etc

Didn't work. The sound is coming from the speakers. Even when I mute it. I can't fucking type at all

can you open some texteditor with the mouse to see if any keys might be stuck?

Keys are stuck/shorted. You're pretty fucked. Check every key if you didn't spill anything. If you did, you should disconnect it and hope it dries out.
