That's not how downloading movies works. Until pirates are gaudy enough to steal the film reels from the production companies offices, we're stuck to waiting till the DVD/Blu Ray is released and ripping that. Rogue One isn't out apart from in cinemas right now, so all you're gonna find is camrips.

Private trackers like PTP are your best bet. Don't be a retard and stream it.
