Your CPU's strength won't cause it to overheat because there are thermometers inside your machine that tell it when it turn on fans or potentially throttle the CPU to cool down the CPU.

You'll need to improve circumcision or check for a faulty thermometer.

When you dust your fans do NOT blow air into them constantly, even if it makes a cool WHRRPRPRPRPRRPR noise. This will fuck the bearings as they're not designed to safely spin at that RPM and it has happened to me. Just a few quick bursts of air.
