its normally a faulty wire, still charges but wont allow u to properly connnect. if you cant connect to any system then most likley the issuelies with the device, if niether its the system ports.

Tried reinstalling but it returned the same error.
It still charges fine. I'll try buying a brand new wire, see if it's better.
