Anybody know Chinese?

This chinese MMD model forum's mailer is broken, or at least not emailing any of the accounts I've tried including qq. You need to have an email verified account in order to download the MMD models linked in the posts.

Apparently this shitty unmaintained forum is the only place on the internet to download it.

I don't really know what to do at this point except try to find someone to contact to tell them that their fucking forum software is broken. Or really just find any way to get at this model. In any case I've hit the limits of what can be done as a non native with just Google translate. I feel like this would be an easy enough problem to work out for someone who can actually read/navigate the Chinese internet though.

So can someone help me get this model?

Had to do this in a virtual machine as the website cycy.mqego site is blocked by chrome and ff for being malicious. The zip file may have a virus/is irrelevant, i nvr scan it, it is reuploaded here anyways
