Used the Snipping tool on Windows to get the image, saved it at a .png and then reverse image searched it.

Google found me a bigger version and then I ran that through Yandex to find it in an even higher resolution. You could probably have got the same result with Google, I just like Yandex.

To find the source I reverse image searched it with Google and added deviantart in the search bar, just because I guessed the source would be there.
