Hellsing (original) is great horror, if you like the over the top aspects of it, you can even move on to Hellsing Ultimate which goes even further.

Perfect Blue is a great psychological thriller, only a movie but definitely a classic

Gantz is definitely horror, but the weird sci-fi/japanese body horror kind. You'll know by the first episode if you'll like it.

Blood + is good but it doesn't have the edge factor Blood C had

it's not really Horror, but Dream Hunter Rem was pretty good
