I'm going on holidays for 4 weeks and i need games to play on my
laptop - w/ no Wifi needed.
I want games that dont get boring in under an hour and do not require too much GPU power.
I'm talking about games that i already have like.... AoE, Cities: Skylines, Don't Starve, Papers Please, Plague Inc, Prison Architect, Stronghold Crusader, Victoria 2, Europa Universalis,
Here are my specs. I have the i5 and 8GB of ram
GPU is Intel interrogated 5000

What do you think of JRPG's?
Emulators are also a good option.
Factorio is one-of-a-kind and falls somewhere in the city-planning, transportation management space.

Infinifactory is a ton of fun. Minecraft block style puzzle game. Have input blocks, which must be assembled into output object. Each of your building blocks is a function. All of which can interact with each other, so you can build logic systems with pushers, lifters, wire, etc. Maybe 15-20 hour campaign. Built in level editor for endless workshop puzzles.
Its not something I could spend more than a few hours at a time, but it's one of those games that will make you dream about the game mechanics and go over solutions in your head while you shower.
Space chem is a couple bucks right now, made by same dev, it's also a great puzzle game.

Spacechem was the most challenging non-twitch game I ever played... until I bought Snakebird. Ugh.
But Spacechem rules.
