Image thumbnail problem

The icon that my system uses for jpgs seemed to change for some reason.

Also if I am searching for something for example an image to post on 4chan in the explorer box the thumbnails of all but a few won't show up at all.

Anyone know why or how to fix it?

did you change the default opening program for the files? that will change the icon.

Try downloading media preview and seeing if that sorts it out

I'm on a Laptop but my right click menu always shows on the right side so I'm not really sure

Thanks. I guess that was from setting up my tablet. I had to set it to left handed to go back to normal. Thanks for the help anons.
